IOS is committed to providing advice and support to Optometrists considering starting their own totally independent practice or purchasing an existing practice. Complete confidentiality is assured. Currently in the UK the majority of Optometrists work as employees but a number would prefer to have their own practice yet do not feel able to make the jump.
